The Pigtailed Girl Penguin is a minor antagonist character of the Club Penguin Shutdown series.
Background[]
Biography[]
Not much is known about the girl. She was seen in the episode "The Gang" along with her brother and the Girl Penguin with Bow. Her brother later died in the episode. This death causes her to seek revenge on Lil_Jeffy.
Eventually she kidnapped Lil_Jeffy and put him inside of the Pizza Parlor. She planned on Lil_Jeffy dying by her hands, but due to her being pushed by The Cannibal, this wasn't the case and fell into her own puddle of oil, burnt alive. Despite having severe injuries, she seemingly ignored her burnt wounds and focused her hatred entirely on Lil_Jeffy (while ignoring The Cannibal's presence), accusing him for her injuries and expressed her desire to kill him.
Because the girl was set on fire, a spark of flame ignited the trail of oil the girl made. The can of oil rolled near the oven and with the trail of oil caught on fire, the can exploded and set the oven on fire. This caused the Parlor to explode sending Lil_Jeffy into the Underground Pool.
In The Plan, her remaining skeleton is still lying on the floor in the Pizza Parlor, with her left bone flipper remaining in the middle of the room.
Personality[]
At first she seemed to be rather fragile. Until, of course, her brother's death and that is what drive her to be mentally broke, becoming the bitter penguin that died. She developed an intense hatred toward Lil_Jeffy, becoming obsessed to kill him and avenge her brother's death.
Appearance[]
The Pigtailed Girl Penguin is a peach colored penguin with a brown pigtail complete with a purple band.
When burned, the majority of her skin has been changed into greyish colored with a few intact peach spots on her flippers. Her eyes have turned into dark red, assumingly indicating that they're burning too. Surprisingly, her hair remained intact despite burning. She also appears to have lost her feet as she was not only crawling with her flippers but they're most likely gone, burned from the flames.

- Her sprite shows her with the The Sidetied Strikes Back hat despite her official art featuring the The Sidetied Too.
- She has been jokingly referred as "Katniss" in the Discord server.
- When burnt, her voice's tone slowly changed into a more distorted and demonic. When talking, she had a deep voice.
